1. About Us

CounterCraft is a UK‑based home and lifestyle brand. Our fulfilment and returns are handled by our logistics partner Vinsani.

2. Ordering & Contract Formation

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Trading Terms. A contract is formed once your order is accepted and confirmed via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through our payment gateway partners:

  • PayPal (if enabled on your checkout)

Payment Security

All payments are encrypted and processed externally by the chosen gateway. CounterCraft does not store or have access to your full card details.

 

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 business days after dispatch

  • Courier Used: DPD

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

 

5. Change of Mind Returns (28 Days)

You may return unwanted items within 28 days of delivery.

  • Return label provided: No

  • Return postage covered: No — customer pays return shipping

  • Original packaging required: Yes

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in resellable condition

6. Faulty Goods (60 Days)

If your item is faulty, you have 60 days from delivery to report the issue.

We may request:

  • Photos or videos of the fault

  • A return of the item for inspection

If confirmed faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

Return postage for faulty items is covered by CounterCraft.

 

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund processing times:

  • CounterCraft: 2–3 business days

  • Payment Gateway (Stripe/PayPal): 3–10 business days depending on your bank

 

8. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting or manufacturing tolerances.

 

9. Liability

CounterCraft is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We only use your data to:

  • Process your order

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve our services

Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe or PayPal.

 

11. Fulfilment Partner (Vinsani)

CounterCraft works with Vinsani for warehousing, dispatch, and returns processing. This is why the returns address includes:
